We know things can change, so in the event that you can no longer attend the performance of And Then There Were None on your chosen date, processes have been implemented to provide a stress-free exchange experience. 

To exchange your tickets, please contact your ticketing agent at point of purchase.

For tickets purchased for Melbourne:

Ticket exchanges MAY be available for this event. Requests can be submitted via HERE or phone 1300 11 10 11, option 3, between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday to Sunday 10am to 4pm. Please note:

  • All requests must be made no later than 7 days prior to start of the ticketed performance.
  • Only 1 exchange per event will be allowed.
  • A per ticket exchange fee of $9.80 applies up to a maximum of $29.40 per exchange transaction.
  • All requests are subject to availability at the time of exchange and must be of equal value of the original ticket(s) purchased.
  • If you wish to exchange to a higher priced ticket(s), you will be required to pay the full price of your new tickets, plus the applicable exchange fees and then a credit will be applied on your original date tickets.
  • No exchanges or refunds can be provided after the deadlines listed above or after a performance date unless required by applicable law.
  • Exchanges may also be available if the performance is postponed or rescheduled.

We can only assist customers who purchased their tickets via Ticketek, the authorised ticket seller for all Marriner Group venues (Regent Theatre, Comedy Theatre, Princess Theatre and Forum Melbourne) or through approved partners.

For tickets purchased for Sydney:

Theatre Royal Sydney customers: To arrange an exchange, please submit a request to Theatre Royal Sydney’s Box Office

Exchanges must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the originally ticketed performance and may not be made for the same performance. Exchanges cannot result in fewer tickets or seats in a lesser price category than originally purchased. A $10 per ticket fee applies up to a maximum of $30 per exchange transaction. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions

Tickets may be exchanged for any other single performance on sale at the time of exchange, subject to seat availability, blackout dates, sold-out performances and other restrictions. Exchanges may not be made for the same performance.

Exchanges will only be made for tickets purchased through the authorised ticket seller for the venue. Tickets purchased via third-party providers are subject to their exchange policies, we recommend contacting them directly.

Exchanges will be valued at the original face value of the ticket purchased. Additional payments may apply if choosing a performance or price level that costs more than the original ticket value, or if original ticket value was from an originally discounted ticket into a performance with no discounts available.

New special offers may not be applied to exchanged tickets.

Exchanges may not be made to reduce the total number of tickets originally purchased.

Upon exchange, original tickets will be voided and will not allow access into the performance. Customers must present newly issued tickets for entry into the performance.

Complimentary tickets and resold tickets are not eligible for exchange.

For Sydney, the authorised ticket seller is Theatre Royal Sydney.

Customers are encouraged to avoid buying tickets through unauthorised third-party websites that sell secondary tickets, as there is no guarantee the tickets will be valid for entry at the venue. And Then There Were None runs for approximately 2 hours and 35 minutes, including a 20-minute interval. Show times are subject to change. 

And Then There Were None is recommended for ages 15yrs and older. All persons under 15yrs must be accompanied and sit alongside the accompanying adult. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.

And Then There Were None contains references to, and depictions of, murder, manslaughter and suicide. Please also note that recorded gun shots and brief flashing lights form part of the production.
